In 2010 I was invited by Joe Nalven of the Digital Art Guild to curate an exhibition of a membership show. My idea was to have a survey of bodies of work showing the range of styles and the state of the art at the time. Fourteen artists were selected with 5-8 images each. Styles ranged from straight digital photography to purely software generated work and everything in between. The show was held in the New Americans Museum at Liberty Station San Diego in the summer of 2010. I was enamored with the potential in the advent of on-demand printing at the time and included photos from the opening reception and the location in book form ready to order by the end of the show. In 2010 the price was reasonable, but the cost has gone up substantially since. The book includes an essay on the history of the Digital Art Guild by founding member James Respess.
